As mentioned in our latest newsletter, this program is designed to help us better understand how you are using MailWasher so we can continue to bring you bigger and better versions of your favourite spam blocker. We will not collect any personal information at all and all collected information will remain anonymous.
WHAT STATISTICS ARE COLLECTED?
In case you are still a bit unsure about the statistics we are collecting, below is a sample file generated by the application when run on Nick's install. Your own statistics are stored in the same place you install and run the statistics collector.
FIREWALL SECURITY ALERT
Please note: Windows (or other installed firewalling software i.e. ZoneAlarm) may pop up a security alert when the application attempts to send us the statistics file.
