If you haven't already, download EncryptUs above and click on the EncryptUs.exe installer to start the installation. Run EncryptUs when you're finished.
You will first be prompted to create a Firetrust Login based on your email address and a password. If you have already used other Firetrust products and created a Firetrust Login, you can use that. If you have forgotten your Firetrust Login, click the Forgot Password link to be sent a new temporary password.
The Email Accounts screen is where you enter your email addresses you want to use for email encryption. Enter your email address, click the Add button. Next, you will be sent an email to verify this email address. Click on the link in the email to verify the email address. Once this email address has been verified, you will see a green check mark next to the email address in the Email Accounts screen.
The Contacts screen is where you enter your contacts email addresses who you want to exchange encrypted emails with. Enter each email address, and when one of these contacts has also installed EncryptUs, the question mark will change to a shield icon and become enabled. To stop encrypted emails to this contact, click the shield icon to disable.
Ensure your recipient also has EncryptUs installed and has verified their email address, and that their email address is in your contacts list. Send them an email and it will be sent encrypted, and decrypted when it arrives in their inbox. You can check the email has been encrypted by viewing it on the server using MailWasher, or logging in to webmail.
