Hmmm! I have always found [with two different ISP's here in Hong Kong] that the FIRST attempt to "bounce is APPARENTLY successful, yet if one tries to bounce the same message again - it says that it is [effectively] a "dud" e'mail address I'm attempting to bounce to - and I KNOW the "Bounce" address is "GOOD" - it is for the ISP abuse@Netvigator.com or even a "test" to my own e'mail address - that too says it is impossible to send.
I give a decided "THUMBS DOWN" to the fake "BOUNCE" facility - especially as I want to drive home to my ISP that I disdeign the crap "boilerplate" replies they send me whenever I send SPAM to "abuse@Netvigator.com" !!!
I have NEVER had any success bouncing back via either of the HK ISPs I have used.
