Thanks for the explanation! This has made things very clear for me.

I was a user of outlook express, and it was very smooth. Now, the webdav is gone, and I hate my pop3 connection since need to use an email client from multiple computers.

Can deltasynch work for me, so that I can use an email client and have different computers stay in synch with my email? Or ... how long do you think it will take hotmail to get imap, even as a paid service.

I can change to gmail ... but that would be a long hard process to change my email.
