I disagree totally with "anonymous" (who hasn't the decency even, to give a name or even a gender).
How can a buy and sell website be held responsible for their vendors products?
Does this also mean that our local auction houses will also be held responsible for selling goods deemed by the owners of these goods for auction?
Auction houses are only a third party representing others who wish to sell or buy the objects seen on offer to the general public and who charge commission for doing so, much like Ebay.
Ebay are the same but on a much larger scale.
I along with many thousands of others have used Ebay without any problems and "anonymous" is stirring up a muddy puddle for no reason.
For this persons information, Ebay monitors all products and will step into and resolve any dispute between buyers and sellers.
Just another thought before I finish off;
Are second hand car dealers also in the wrong by selling Fords, BMW's, and other makes of vehicles?
Should they also be fined for doing so?
Anonymous has spouted nonesense, and should also be fined.
