Ref: software-hq.net My dad has the exact same program, not sure how he get involved with software-hq.net, and he was double charged over $125 on his bill. Called software-hq.net billing department, and the rep didn't even want to hear that I have to say, she just hanged up the phone on me. Talking about ripoff and bad customer service ---> Software-hq.net.
