SiteHound update issues

Over the past few days some of you may had issues with the SiteHound updates, either failing altogether or to stall during the update process.

With some tweaks, fiddles and other such technical solutions we've resolved the problems, and the updates now should work fine.

Any problems please let us know, and apologies for the inconvenience it caused.

Well I'll tell you I do not like Site Hound it caused IE6 sp2 to completely crash lost IE6 altogether when I tried to disable it and I just purchased it on the 10th I have requested my money back sent 3 requests first for help with no replys now am resorting to posting a message here. When I did try to use it, it caused IE6 to be so slow I could not get anywhere on the net kept hanging up every site I tried to visit.. also over at Castle Cops there are plenty of new messages relating to this same problem why haven't any been answered.

Very unhappy customer Site Hound sucks bad
I just want my money back

We'll get your emails looked at as soon as possible Carolyn and the refund processed.

We also do have new versions of SiteHound ready in the next few days that have many many improvements, though I think we are past that point :)

Cheers

Chris

Please solve the math problem above and type in the result. e.g. for question "What is 1+1?", type "2" (without quotes) as an answer
