New Firetrust Support Forums

Over the last several years we have hosted all our forums with www.castlecops.com   It has been a great partnership for us, we’ve made a lot of friends, and myself especially have enjoyed watching CastleCops grow over the years into a massive community.  The commitment and drive behind CastleCops really made it a benchmark for other security related websites, and the community built has been absolutely tremendous in assisting not only each other, but to help us better understand our customers.

Unfortunately over the last few months, there has been significant stability and performance issues at CastleCops, and whilst no blame can be given as these scenarios are often outside of peoples control, we realised we were at the whim of a third party to provide a solid environment where people can come to answer their questions, solve their problems, or just talk about how great MailWasher is.
So we have decided to set up a Firetrust Support Forum at http://forum.firetrust.com

It is still in the early stages, so isn’t quite as pretty as you might want it to be, but we are getting there.  And will add to it over the coming weeks.

We requested the forums at CastleCops to be retained, so those of you who are already members and do not wish to switch can do so and still enjoy a community of Firetrust users.  Though there will no longer be any Firetrust Staff presence on those forums.

So feel free to check out the new Firetrust Support forum at http://forum.firetrust.com

I had an original mailwasher programme which worked admirably but you kindly upgraded it at one point bwcause I made a donation to your funds. Unfortunately when I upgraded my computer several mpnths ago I lost all details of my previous connection and had to go back to the original version which I may add has been working very well.

Will this new upgrade put me back to where I was?

Yes it should, I've also resent your Registration Code to you via email.  Contact Support if you have any problems with the upgrade.

I have had an earlier version of mailwasher pro for some years. I have downloaded the new version mailwasher pro 6.3 which will not work without e-mail address and pasword that is on the older version. My computer died and lost all of my information. I did not have the registeration information placed outside the computer. The e-mail address that I used to get the origional version has been gone for a while. The one above is current. I need to get a new registration. Joe Mack <email address removed>

Hi Joe

I've emailed you about this, more than happy to resend your registration code, I just need to know what your old email address was.  If you reply through email it will make it easier.

Thanks

Chris, I have used Mailwasher and mailwasher Pro for several years now and it has been the best thing I ever downloaded. Thanks. If anyone needs a reference, use my name........

Chris, I would be lost and very unhappy without MailWasher!
Do I need to remove MW Pro 6.0 before installing MW_Pro_63.exe?
Thanks,
Doreen

Please solve the math problem above and type in the result. e.g. for question "What is 1+1?", type "2" (without quotes) as an answer
