New beta versions of SiteHound

We have done a lot of work on SiteHound lately, so here's some new beta versions to have a play with.

Unfortunately if you are currently using SiteHound you will need to uninstall the old versions first before installing. We do apologise for this, but it really is unavoidable given the amount of work that we've done behind the scenes. If you are uninstalling remember first to make a note of your SiteHound ID which is found under Options >> Account Detail. And your SiteHound Registration (if you have one) found under Options >> About. These details will be wiped once you have uninstalled, so it's worthwhile to make a note of these first.

Most of the changes we've made are under the hood, there's been a bunch of speed improvements, and tweaks to make SiteHound run smoother.

If you are an Internet Explorer user, then that's about all you'll get.

If you are a Firefox user, then you get way cooler stuff.

The biggest changes you will notice is the new SiteHound Preview which has two main features, the preview itself, and a URL check feature to tell you if the website is blocked.

Firstly when you mouse over a link you'll see some icons appear, these icons will tell you various things about the website and offer you a text preview of that website. It can also tell you if the website is blocked by changing the mouse cursor.

I explained it really badly, so here's a demonstration for you.
