Portable

I would like to MailWasher out in a portable version.

I think we might be able to achieve this with the new rewritten version, not yet released.

Along the same lines, I would greatly prefer Account information and setup preferences to be contained in files and not in Registry. That would aid backup possibilities, portability and also possible migration of MailWasher to platforms other than Windows.

In fact, the 2 ways to see the problem are good for me : all accounts info + setup pref in a file or a portable version of mailwasher.
I still prefer a portable release of mailwasher :)

Hi, I am a avid user of Cruzer U3 usb drives an the ability to go anywhere with email is fantastic, unfortunatly not good when I have to have mailwasher on multiple pc's for it to be workable with Mozilla Thunderbird Portable version.

I use Thunderbird Portable on a USB Flash Drive, I would love to have Mailwasher as a portable app.
I too prefer information stored in an .ini file instead of the registry.

I would echo a need for a portable version. I use EssentialPIM (gave up on Thunderbird).
