Why is this Mailwasher infected with MALWARE?

By installation my Anti Virus en -Mal program detects MALWARE in the Update of Mailwasher?
In my opinion that's not what the users expect.
Why?

Its not, it's fasle positive from your AV software. Probably AVG?
