Add Master "Delete" & "Bounce" button to Main Screen

I receive literally hundreds of junk e-mails daily (have a hobby-related web site), and it is so tedious having to click delete/bounce for each line item. There may be 2 e-mails that are legitimate out of 200 to 300 that come in. It would be SO MUCH easier to click a master delete button then "un-check" the one or two that are good. Note that I have set up extensive filters, but there is only so much filters can take care of.

Is there any way this could be done, or am I the only one with this problem?

Use CTRL-A to select all messages then click delete.

A master bounce button or column is unlikely as the MW bounce tool is not able to distinguish an e-mail that will be sent back to the person that sent it and one that a spammer has forged the return address on so that bounces will be directed to another account. You need to manually verify that the addresses are not forged before bouncing each individual e-mail. Currently over 90% of my spam has forged return addresses and bouncing that 90% will help the spammer attack an innocent bystander.
