analyze spams

I have many domains where I receive almost all emails to one email , I want to know which email most spammers sent to , so I can block this email.

Statistics spam headers to know lots of information .

I would find it useful tobe able to break this down to individual account level as I use 100s of forwarding accounts to undertstand where things go wrong with email lists I subscribe to.
