I just added my hotmail to

I just added my hotmail to Outlook on my machine as well as another account on another machine using the pop3 format and have run into an issue that I don't know how to resolve.

Outlook keeps redownloading the entire hotmail emails so that I now have 2,3 and now 4 copies of the same email. How do I stop the multiple downloads?
