Dear Firetrust Support
I purchased MailWasher Pro some time ago and am very pleased with it.
You kindly sent me my registration key when I told you that I would be having a re-installation of Windows XP. This has finally been done. My PC had to go to a local workshop and the technician who worked on it also reinstalled most of the software and programs that I use. He asked about MailWasher and I said that, since the registration key was 10 lines of typing, it might be better for him to download the free version of MailWasher and leave it on my desktop. I would then organize it later. Anyway, I was not anxious to give him all my details!! When the PC was returned, I found that he had reinstalled MY MailWasher Pro without my giving him any details. He informed me that he was able to do this by "hacking" into the program!!
As it turns out the "technician" and I use that term very loosly, installed MailWasher Pro on their machine for them, but then used a pirated registration code. Certainly not the kind of technician I'd want working on my computer.
