SiteHound update issues

Over the past few days some of you may had issues with the SiteHound updates, either failing altogether or to stall during the update process.

 

With some tweaks, fiddles and other such technical solutions we've resolved the problems, and the updates now should work fine.

Second City CEO has posted regarding a number of websites that have been recently registered relating to the tragedy at Virigina Tech. We would hope that these sites were intended as memorials, unfortunately many are already on sale, so some had the intent to make a quick buck.

There’s two things in particular I enjoy about the world wide web, the creativity, and the wealth of information available.

When exploited, these two facets can be easily manipulated, and what appears to be an attractive looking service with credible information backing it up, is nothing more than some pretty pictures tacked together, some colouring in, and misleading or blatantly false information plastered across. It’s tacky, it’s dishonest, and worst of all folks are making a fortune ripping you off.
